All sales are final.

• We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out.
• In order to ensure that you will love the garments you purchase, please create a customer account and contact us to schedule a complimentary luxury styling session. Courtney Washington himself will be your personal stylist and help you to realize your fashion dreams.
  

Why no returns or exchanges?

• Due to hygienic concerns, we will not sell you clothes that someone else wore.
• There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). Please email us at info@thecourtneywashington.com within 7 days of receiving the item purchased with any questions. If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed.
